About AfterMySchool
Our Story
AfterMySchool started its journey in India with offline tuition centers and the goal to ensure every child has access to affordable tuition classes within 1km of their house. Having shifted online during the pandemic, AfterMySchool realized the power of technology to reach that goal faster. AfterMySchool has been providing Live Interaction Classes from Class 3 to class 10 to over 2000 students from all over India as well as the middle-east, Singapore, Australia and now we are here in the USA to help students here fill in the gaps in their learning and conceptual understanding of mathematics from the comfort of their home.

Kireet Modi
CEO, Co-Founder
Kireet is an entrepreneur, strategic planner & team builder having successfully built companies and brands from scratch in markets as varied as gifting, retail, automotive & kitchen solutions. Personal experiences related to his own kids’ education encouraged him to explore the field of after school education this lead to the inception of After My School.
At After My School, he is responsible for strategic planning, marketing, branding, delivery & finance
Umamaheshwar Ragi
Director, Co-founder
Umamaheshwar is an educator, facilitator, coach and a behavioral consultant. As an expert in Learning Theories, he has conceived/facilitated education and training interventions for over 200,000 professionals in corporate world across the sub-continent. Having worked with ‘adults’ for over two decades, he brings to the table, the wisdom to ‘catch them young’ and instill the right attitude to grow into successful human beings.
At After My School, he is responsible for Student Academic Performance Management
Sunita Modi
Director, Co-founder
Sunita is also an educator & entrepreneur, who with the help of theatre, lateral thinking, and innovative teaching has worked towards skill development in children and young adults from grades 1 to 12. Having worked with over 7500 children in the last few years, she has also been involved in developing content for digital education companies, and has also been a consultant for teacher training and lesson planning in renowned schools.
At After My School, she is responsible for Tutor Training and Quality Assurance.
Raimol Gino
Advisor
Raimol has been in the field of education, working with students from K-12 for over 12 years. She has been a veteran in the educational field and has been cultivating the minds of young children worldwide. Adding to her already impressive resume she is an integral part of the founding team of the AfterMySchool USA Program.
At AfterMySchool, Raimol lends her expertise as an advisor on board.
Sonali Rathi
Advisor
Sonali is an entrepreneur, an advocate for children in foster care, and most importantly a mom who has brought up two children through a very competitive school district in the US. Her children successfully graduated at the top of their class and went on to attend Williams College (Top Liberal Arts College) and UCLA (Top Public University). She intends to bring the experience and knowledge of the US academic system to AMS. She has an MBA degree from IIM Lucknow, India.
At AfterMySchool, she will be guiding the marketing and the customer facing team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Prof. Subrata Chakarborty
Advisor
Prof Chakraborty is a brilliant mathematician, teacher, academician, researcher & consultant who has been the dean & director-in-charge of IIM, Lucknow and director at the Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. He has been a renowned expert in the field of Quality Management and Research methodology and has taught thousands of students who have regarded him as “the greatest math teacher” in his career spanning over 50 years.
At After My School, he is advising in the area of service quality excellence & in developing a transparent rating model for the tutor partners.
Arindam Lahiri
Advisor
Arindam has over 25 years of experience in operational excellence out of which 15 have been spent in the field of education as an expert in the processes of teaching, tutoring and learning styles. He was the co-founder of CL Educate Ltd (formerly Career Launcher) and the Chief Academic Officer in education business of Hindustan Times. He is currently the CEO, Automotive Skills Development Council.
At After My School, he is using his expertise in curriculum design, content management, teacher training and academic innovations in guiding product, process & tutor development.
